Jeff, Eric, others,

Thank you for the kind words.

Based on feedback, I will stay as moderator, but plan
to make these changes in my own bahavior:

1. Give the Nader organization and Ralph three kinds
of hell for his announcement of running for U.S.
   President.

2. Going to set a policy to attempt to insure that no
single person dominates posting to the list.

3. Try to think of ways to make the list more worthwhile.
Perhaps there are some small actions we can take as
individuals that cumulatively can be effective in
dealing with the illegal, bullying company ethic and
   practices of Microsoft.

People monitoring this list are welcome, whether you
are anti or pro Microsoft. But that does not mean
we cannot reach consensus and take some actions as a
   group.

   An example is below.

On March 15th, the Yorktown High School Libre Users Group
in Arlington, Virginia will be addressed by Richard Stallman,
subject "The Free Software Movement and the GNU/Linux Operating
System". See http://yhslug.tux.org/.

I live in the area, and plan to attend.
