I don't wish to speak for Mr. Nader, but I would think that his claim is
that the Democrats are in bed with large corporate interests.  Everyone
knows the Republicans favor businesses, because they admit to such.

Pointing out hypocrisy in the Dems position is not unhealthy, IMO.

I'm sure that Nader would claim that the Dems sold him out, rather than
the other way around.
