I was hoping Cem, T. Guilbert, or any of the other lawyers or paralegals on
the list could contact me off list.

I am working on an article for the Harvard Business Review regarding the
creeping rule by regulation vs. elected representation that is happening to
a greater extent in Europe, but in the States none the less. It deals
primarily with the shift from IT as a primary change agent to that of
regulatory compliance. I wanted some feedback on our thesis, and a few
reality checks as the article develops. You would be mentioned in the HBR as
well, (or not - it's your call). I will explain more when you contact me.
