Thanks for sending along the "How NSA Access Was Built Into Windows"
article.

This info dates back to 1999 and 2000, for example it is relevant
to these Windows versions from 95 to 2000 and NT.  I do not recall
seeing any new info on this subject since mid-2000.  And this
Microsoft "back door" stuff was all mixed up with the issue of
exporting encryption and the legal limitations of encryption for
communications.  Rather a sorry mess.

Also, you will recall that Microsoft has made it source code
available to some foreign governments, that presumably would
