"SCO TO SHOW CODE IN CLOSED COURT
SCO has secured permission to reveal the code that is at the heart of
its $3 billion lawsuit against IBM in a closed court, a company
spokesman said. A judge has given SCO 30 days to reveal the code it
says IBM illegally donated from System V Unix to the Linux kernel.
SCO argues that public displays of the code would harm its future
intellectual property dealings."
