FSF COUNSEL SAYS SCO CASE CONTRADICTS ITSELF
Columbia law professor and Free Software Foundation legal counsel
Eben Moglen wrote in a paper that SCO's legal case contradicts
itself. Moglen said that SCO, by selling and distributing Linux under
the General Public License, has agreed to publish its copyrighted
material under a license that permits copying, modification and
distribution of code. So either the GPL is or is not valid in SCO's
eyes, Moglen said.
