Right. And let's not forget that, apart from us and a few others like us, m=
ost people don't care (and probably don't know) what combination of MB/OS/c=
hipset/whatever manages to get their computer screens filled with whatever =
they are looking at -- as long as it comes pre-installed and eats anything =
you throw at it, after a fashion. Who cares if something else is both bette=
r and cheaper in the long run? Let's face it, fast food also managed to con=
quer the world.
If at all possible, "using" Michael Gerst to influence the opinion of a par=
t of the world's population on the subject of computer operating systems pr=
obably is not going to work unless techno-speak is avoided. Tough, but poss=
ible, I'd say. The question is, who qualifies?
