Dr. Emilio Bombay, Computer MD?  Yeah, sure.

Well, my physician actually got an engineering degree before he decided
to continue on and eventually pass his medical boards.  Let's see, I recall that
was a couple of decades ago.  A smart M.D. he is, and he uses Macs and Linux, 
and deplores the waste of time and space that Windows causes.  Also, he
doesn't trust his patient records to Windows, which is one good reason why 
he's my M.D.

Clearly, "Dr. Bombay" plies his trade by rousing the rabble, peddling snake oil,
wasting space [and skin], and bragging about how smart he thinks he is.
