Two excerpts from the latest (2003Sept11) advice column by "Dr. Emilio
Bombay, Computer MD," which is syndicated by the Dallas Fort Worth
Star-Telegram.  The salient parts are: 

    "consider buying a Pocket PC. It doesn't matter which brand, 
    because they all have pretty much the same software from 
    Microsoft . . . Just don't get a Palm-powered device . . .. 
    They use a different operating system and software . . ." 

and 

    ". . . why waste valuable time and space writing about Macs?"
