It is indeed. I just read it.
It reminds me here of a "Vermont camp", we used to say. It's sort of like
when the kids are growing up, you all go to the "camp" on vacation, and over
the years you just keep adding on more rooms and amenities as you see fit.
For a while it's an easy solution, but eventually it taxes the structure of the
camp, particularly the mechanical systems. Eventually the new roofs don't
mesh right and leak; the sewerage system backs up; the electrical service
panel blows fuses; and likely the foundation and driveway erodes and the
pipes burst in winter because there was no planning on the overall integrity
of the place. Oh, and in the summer, the windows become skewed and all
the bugs come in.

Most Vermonter's have innovated better camps now.
