After all of our navel-gazing over the present and future of this list=20=

is done, I think it's worth noting at least two obvious reason why the=20=

list has been wandering in the wilderness: (1) the CPT (remember them?)=20=

seems to have lost interest in the Microsoft issue; and (2) most of us=20=

are just plain exhausted. I think if (1) were not true, (2) might not=20
be either.
