Here, Gates speaks out against spam and what Microsoft plans to do
about it.  It's good to see they're on the right side, but I do have
some serious reservations about their idea of creating "safe harbor"
for companies that operate under FTC-approved "self-regulation."  It
sounds suspiciously like creating a "licence to spam."  Microsft has
been accused of spamming in the past and their proposal would legalise
their spam -- an odious thought, that.
