This is quite an interesting article.

I can only commend Microsoft for their diligence to pooh-pooh
the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, for their 'renewed legal battle'.

I think the devil's in the details, win or lose, but not without principle,
not without honour.

"Ten paces, gentlemen, and turn!"  

Whatever the outcome, it *will* be historical.
