Here's a column I just saw about Microsoft's new "trusted computing"
platform and the upcoming "Longhorn" OS.  I find it to be much more
relevant than any talk of the SCO lawsuit.  I don't believe that
Microsoft plans to document this system any better than they have
documented their past systems and it will prove to be a fresh
interoperability challenge to any alternative operating systems.
