I don't think so.  I'm looking at Caldera's record.  They bought DR and sued
Microsoft for what they did to DR-DOS.  Caldera won that suit via a very nice
settlement with the thugs at Redmond.  Clearly, Caldera knew what they were
doing then and I suspect they know what they are doing now.
