This deep hole could be let go for next week except that it is for one of my employees and the installation work was to be done over the holiday weekend. As he is a good employee, I was trying to help him out. Once again, installing septic systems is my lively hood, and if I can't install a system I don't get paid. So please advise me of a solution to this problem so that I don't get put into this situation again near a holiday weekend or any other time.
