An Open Letter to the Department of Justice
"Ok, so I am not the worlds greatest legal authority. But I have plenty
of common sense. I know for sure that you guys at the DOJ game Microsoft
and Bill Gates a Get out of jail FREE card at the conclusion of the
Microsoft vs DOJ case. But in doing so, you gave the public the
inference of promises that you would be watching Microsoft to make sure
that they did not revert to their previous behavior. You remember that
previous behavior don't you? You know, the "findings of fact" where it
was determined that Microsoft was found to be guilty of predatory
antitrust behavior. You remember that, right?"
