I can't really see how this relates to Microsoft unless you would
claim that there's some sort of conspiracy against Linux and IBM here.
My 2 cents is that, if Microsoft were consistent, they wouldn't be
involved in this because 1) Unix is a 30 year old technology, is
obsolete and why would anyone want that? or, 2) this is yet another
example of a company that is using litigation when their product has
failed to compete on the merits in the marketplace -- shame on them.
