Sun Lawyer Faces Grilling At Java Appeal

One witness described Sun's portion of the hearing in the antitrust
case as more of a conversation between one of the judges and a Sun
lawyer than a full legal presentation.

Microsoft lawyer David Tulchin received only a handful of questions from 
the judges, according to Microsoft and Sun officials present at the 
hearing.
