[Am-info] Glitch In Windows XP SP1 Could Slow Systems

I don't know how their going to "sell" this one to the public, but a 
quick test shows that performance is LESS than it was before this SP1, 
which means that it's even slower compared to any open source OS I have 
any experience with.
