I know it's been getting worse lately but honestly wasn't counting.
That's bad.  My delete finger must be too well oiled.

It's a shame too because Fred had been somewhat better before this
week.  All I can say is the list would certainly be nothing without
the real discussion that goes on here.  If all the people that
actually participate in those discussions drop out, then the decision
has been made for me even if I do nothing.

I agree.  Could Fred's postings be moderated for relevance?
