Andrew Grygus.  He is the author of "2003 And Beyond," a tour de
force statement on the IT field, and which appears to be updated
by him often as times marches on.

Excellent work.

This guy tells it like it is, with none of the egotistical self-
promotion we usually find.  In fact, I couldn't even find his name
until the very bottom of the long web page.

Highly recommended reading.
