Here's a story which, even though the Microsoft lawyer claims he is only
stating a personal opinion, seems to match prior Microsoft rhetoric on
anit-trust:

The dispute is over the concept of "essential facility" and the Microsoft
lawyer says that it is invalid. In the original 1913 case where a railroad
was forced to share a bridge with competitors, the Microsoft lawyer claims
those competitors instead should have been forced to use a different bridge
or alternative technology such as airplanes regardless that neither
alternative in that case was practical. It sounds much like a philosophy of
monopoly entitlement.
