I say it's about time Microsoft is held responsible for its negligence.

But I'd also hold the PC Press responsible for their aiding and abetting
Microsoft in creating this intolerable situation.  They never bothered
to investigate Windows security flaws.  They were so enamored by the
hype that they ignored the truth.
