As far as I understand the MS vouchers are good for any PC/SW up to $29
per product - Wooopie! Given that most people will still be buying MS
based products this will cost MS much less than 1.1B.

Given that anti-trust violations usually include treble damages this seems
like MS is getting off easy - again. Crime does pay when you're MS.
