If the injunction holds up on appeal, yes -- and especially if Sun wins 
an award or other behavioral remedies at trial. Of related interest: 
Judge Motz is apparently overseeing the AOL and Be antitrust suits as 
well. Not sure how he ended up with all three rings of this circus, but 
Microsoft's commercial opponents must be feeling pretty confident right 
now. Motz characterized two of Microsoft's employees who testified at 
trial as sharing "what some might characterize as their employer's 
imperialist inclinations."
