Must this topic come up once a year, like clockwork?

Gates has been selling his Microsoft holdings steadily for years, and 
investing billions in proceeds in other enterprises as well as donating 
billions to his foundation. His definition of "broke" is probably 
having less than ten grand in his wallet.
