I wonder what they had about IBM.
It's a constant mystery to me and anyone who is familiar with the history,
why IBM hasn't sued Microsoft for triple damages. There is plenty of reason
for IBM to pravail - it's all there in the Findings of Fact.
I believe that the only reason IBM hasn't sued MS is because IBM *conspired*
with MS to restrict the PC Operating System market.
I also believe Gerstner took some kind of a bribe to do this.
