[Am-info] Judge Motz

[John J. Urbaniak]

I thought Judge Motz was to rule on the applicability of Judge Jackson's
Findings of Fact on other cases, such as Sun, AOL, etc.  I thought he
was to make a final ruling by Nov 20.

Anybody heard anything about this?
