I'm not reading these documents so I have no idea, but if this turns 
out to be true, you'll have made an interesting catch. I wonder if the 
DoJ and Microsoft are prepared to test the judge over this point, one 
of the very few changes she requested. She still has the option of 
rejecting the settlement, I presume.
