and the parties to the settlement would agree to amend the proposed
final judgement to reserve for the Court, in addition to the powers
presently specified in the proposed final judgement, the power sua
sponte to issue orders or directions for the construction or carrying
out of the final judgment, for the enforcement of compliance therewith,
and for the punishment of any violation thereof.
