[Am-info] Judge to make opinions public tomorrow

I'm with you. I should think we'd all been around this mulberry enough 
times not to get our hopes up. The judge has to know that even if she 
wanted to be aggressive, Microsoft would just march off to the Supreme 
Court, and another two or three years would pass without a resolution.

So, I'll pick out a gray arm band. It goes better with what I'm wearing.
