[Am-info] Judge to make opinions public tomorrow

Perhaps I am being pessimisstic, but when it comes to things regarding 
MS and come-uppances, not to mention actual justice, be they legal, 
social or karmic,... well, I'm getting out my black arm band.  I hold 
every confidence that this will result in a basically toothless remedy.
I will be glad to be wrong on this.
