This DOESN'T look good to me! The Fed. in the past has "dumped" $$ into the
private sector to bolster a lagging economy, and it appears to me that
proprietary developers (MickySoft being #1) are going to ensure that they're
the ones who benefit from this increased budget, NOT open source!
