What?  We can't discuss it anymore?  What fun would that be?

As grim as it looks, I'm unwilling to completely write it off just
yet.  After all, CKK has shown that she has a bit of a clue and that
she takes this case seriously.  I find the situation intriguing;
Microsoft has promised to abide by the DOJ decree even though it
hasn't officially been approved.  We have the status quo for now but,
conceivably, things could get interesting again.
