[Am-info] Do you think Kottar-Kelley will delay ruling until a Democrat is president?

Yeah, I remember how it got so back logged - a Republican controlled
Senate wouldn't let almost any of President Clinton's nominations through
in 8 years. I'll certainly consider that when I vote, but then niether
of my Senators is up for re-election this time.
