[Am-info] Gene, we need a ruling - Spam and the list

To tell the truth, I don't care one way or the other about his posts. 
But it bothers me that he seems not to care what other people on this 
list are saying.  That might well be a reason enough to consider 
removing him from the list.

The gathering and at least some of the editing of his posts seem to be 
automated.  My guess is that he doesn't even read the list and that is 
why he continues to post even after complaints.
