[Am-info] Have the States settled?

Nine states have settled. Nine have not.
I had heard previously that the good Judge was to reach a decision in
mid-August. The fact that she hasn't implies that it's not a slam-dunk
and she won't dismiss the unsettling states out of hand. I guess that
for every "solution" she comes up with she finds a way that Microsoft can
abuse it.
Like Saddam Hussein, Microsoft "crawfishes" around and under every just
remedy. But the hopeful thing is that she seems to be trying.
I don't know if the settlements preclude further action on the state
level.
