Certainly as valid (more in my opinion) then Fred's postings. (taking an 
average of subject matter)

There have been a smattering that have had no mention of Computer 
software or companies.  The Enron posting comes to mind.

As a Linux advocate I subscribe to many a Linux list.  That's where I 
get my Linux info.  Much of the Linux stuff Fred posts to the list, I've 
already seen.  That being said, there may well be others who are 
interested in Linux and it's movements and impacts these days, as that 
certainly has Microsoft's attention. Linux on am-info is a grey area 
though.  The recent discussions regarding Dell and preloading OS's is an 
good example of one I would welcome on this venue.  I really don't have 
the answer to this one.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
