   They might, but I wouldn't say that's a certainty. We all know that 
Microsoft doesn't want anyone to know how much Windows adds to the price 
of an average OEM PC, so the contract with Dell probably requires them to 
hide that fact by fooling with prices. I'd bet that Dell just charges the 
same and pockets the difference.
