OK, I'm still going to put it like this: "Due to some earlier
arrangement with Microsoft, the nation's top PC seller is apparently
prevented from offering Linux to any customers who buy fewer than 100
systems." Which is more or less true - the arrangement may be a verbal
agreement instead of a legal contract, but it's significant enough that
Dell doesn't dare cross it.
With that cleared up, I'll be sending a Bulletin shortly.
