[Am-info] Microsoft sworn CEO and CFO statement

Has anyone been paying attention to the sworn statements now required by
the SEC from CEOs and CFOs of 945 companies?

I have been watching for Microsoft's statement to clear (along with
other stocks I watch), and they haven't submitted their's yet.  I also
noticed that their date in the table published by the SEC (
http://www.sec.gov/rules/extra/ceocfo.htm ), Microsoft's date is 9/30/02
while many if not most companies have a deadline set for today.  Is this
just because their 10K filings are later than most? 

Does anyone think anything will come of these statements?  Either in
MSFT's case or in general?
