I have been to that area a few times.  My original publisher was there
(Fifth Generation Systems before they got bought out by Symantec).  Did you
ever go to see a bridge built near Baton Rouge, that was built to limit the
river traffic so that all the boats going up river would have to unload?
And did you notice it was a 4 lane bridge, with a two lane hwy no-one ever
used on both sides?  A bridge to no where.....   Far too much money and far
too corrupt a government..... Best example of American democracy run
rampant.....
