    Doesnt liquid generally mean cash or quickly-disposed investments 
like regular stock? Most of Microsoft's major investments (like the AT&T 
deal, or Comcast) are in long-term commitment special class stocks that 
don't fall into that category. And last I heard they had about $42 
billion in cash money growing at a rate of $1B per month, so $48 would be 
pretty close to the current figures.
