Pentagon To Issue Wireless Disconnect Order

The Pentagon's CIO said he wants to ban most if not all wireless devices=20
within military installations. The move could affect cell phones,=20
pagers and wireless Internet connections.

"Why is it that companies have sold products that they know are=20
insecure?" asked Richard Clarke, President Bush's chief cybersecurity=20
adviser. "And why is it that people have bought them? We should all=20
