actually, I love the headline more, since it's even more disingenuous. 
It's like saying, Sony to lead Vaio shift or Sun to lead StarOffice
shift.  I mean, who else is going to lead the shift from one MSFT
technology to another?  IBM?

Just reading the headline should give any reasonably thoughtful reader
more than a clue that this is a PR flack piece.
