Thanks for the chart, Mitch, it's fascinating.
It shows that somebody placed massive (>4 million shares) buy orders at a
price that was $3.50 *over* the current selling price. That's $14 million
*over* the current price. And it appears that there were several such orders
placed within a few minutes before the close.
Coincidentally, that $3.50 was exactly the amount that MSFT had lost during
the day.
And whoever did it immediately lost all that money when the stock fell back to
the lower value.
This is really beginning to stink...
