The article talks about shrinking Microsoft markets.

With Intel, AMD, and a host of other PC-related companies reporting lower sales
and profits, I can not see how Microsoft will be able to post increased revenues
and incomes this quarter.

But I bet they do.  Financial hanky-panky???

By the way. did you all hear that Judge K - K ruled that the MS-DoJ settlement
was arrived at legally, in spite of strong objections from ex-Senator Tunney
himself?
