This article includes a reference to Microsoft's refusal to make Office for
Mac work for Hebrew, Arabic and Cryllic characters sets, forcing anyone who
wants to run Office with those characters sets to use Windows. This
apparently has prompted an anti-trust complaint in Israeli following a
further refusal by Microsoft to accept a programming team to implement Hebrew
character support in Office for them! Of course, this non-interoperability
in their Macintosh software includes Internet Explorer.
