Why don't you contact them and say you are doing some consultancy on 
behalf of a large client who is thinking of rolling out 1,000 Linux 
servers across the country within the next year. You could also say that 
the client will be standardising on Netscape on the desktop, so if they 
are interested in being in the frame then they will need to allow access 
to other browsers.

BTW isn't there some issue about acting anti-competitively here?
